Proposed Amendment to the Rules of Association for the South Australian Section
The Society of Petroleum Engineers South Australian Section Incorporated is proposing to amend the Rules of the Association.
The committee have reviewed the Rules of Association and amended them. You can download a copy of the proposed rules by clicking here. A General Meeting has been called for 3 December 2014, in conjunction with our technical and networking meeting and will be held at the Griffin’s Head, 38 Hindmarsh Square, Grenfell Room, commencing at 6pm sharp. A Special Resolution will be tabled for acceptance of the amended rules.
Attendance at the General Meeting is free, please RSVP to the secretary (secretary@spe-sa.org) should you wish to only attend the General Meeting.
