Currency and GST

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

Payment Type

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. If you are unable to pay via this method, please contact treasurer@spe-sa.org

Please note that given the new online booking system, we will no longer be accepting payments at the door at the day of the Event.

Tax Invoices

Tax invoices are automatically generated by the system when you register and successfully submit payment details - they will be delivered electronically to your email address.

Please note, that a correct email address is required to ensure your tax invoice is received. Please check during registration that you have entered correctly.

Refund Policy

General policy for Technical Luncheons

Cancellation before the specified RSVP date on the event flyer is 100% refundable.
Cancellation less than seven business days prior to the event: No refund (full payment required)

Special event policy

The refund policy for special events will be given in the booking and payment information for the event.

Security

When purchasing from SPE SA Section your financial details are processed by Securepay and passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard. For your privacy, we do not store your credit card details at all. Our staff do not have access to your credit card details at any time.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk. Nevertheless, once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.

RSVP Date

The RSVP date stated for all events is the date at which the online booking system is closed. Please ensure enough time is allowed to make the deadline window when booking.
